I am currently taking a year off from school working and training to run XC in the fall.
Favorite Blogs:
Split into two three mile jogs. First three was followed by a leg lift.
3 miles and lifting. I've been steady doing this for a while. It has to be my workout on weekdays because my work schedule doesn't give me as much time to train.
The longest run I've done in three months! Trying to build up my aerobic base. Felt surprisingly good, only a bit sore.
