Did a four miler at about 6AM. Noticed a great improvement having a small snack beforehand.
Another four followed at about 2:30PM. Still trying to build up mileage, but not in a huge hurry.

I want to go to either SUNY Cortland or SUNY Brockport for sports psychology (and XC hopefully!) Thanks for the welcome! Are you a serious runner or more laid back/casual?

I am more of a casual masters runner. Just started running again last year and am still building a base, about thirty miles a week. I ran track (quarter and half mile) in High School but didn't keep it up after that. Good luck with your plans for college.
